Simply bring the box to your wedding venue, plug it into the battery pack, and wait for the light on the front or bottom of the phone to turn white. Once the light is white, pick up the phone and speak into the receiver to leave a message.
We recommend having your planner or a trusted friend in charge of monitoring the phone on-site in case there are any issues with the connection or if the receiver isn't hung up properly. They can also remind guests to leave messages, ensuring you receive heartfelt messages from all your loved ones.

They can call the number and leave a message, which will be added to your final gallery along with all the other messages recorded at your event. This way, even those who couldn't make it to your wedding can still leave their well wishes and messages for you to cherish.

Unfortunately, we do not ship the audio guestbook directly to wedding venues. However, if you are not located in the area where your wedding is taking place, we may be able to ship to a friend, relative, or planner who can bring it to your venue for you. Please contact us for further information and to discuss any shipping arrangements.

Our phones provide high-quality audio so you can hear your messages clearly. If you have it in the reception room with the music playing in the background you may be able to hear it, but it should not take away from the voice recording if the guests speak clearly into the receiver. Gushline is not responsible for the number of messages or the quality if it is not used properly.
